acrylic paintings of seaweed
on gessoed masonite board + digital stuff



these are both composites of my seaweed painting & digital
patterns & abstraction layers created in photoshop. paintings
were the base & patterns &/or digital abstract were used as
adjustment layers.

like them, yet at this moment think it just stops here. printing
them out & taking them back into paint does not seem the
direction to go.  i may do it anyway & see what happens. i am
making an effort to challenge my instincts to see if it is my
experience/sensibilities or some underlying prejudice/evasion  
that needs to be confronted.

after all >>> this semester is for trying new things/working out
of comfort zones.
